Go to www.uscourts.gov

Click on Court Links

Choose a court (Suggest "District" or "Court of Appeals")

Type your Zip Code and Enter.

Under Location, click on the purple name of the city.

Copy the street address

Click on Internet Web Site in purple

Go to Information (or Court Information) tab or, click directly on Judges

Click on Judges and just choose one.

Enter the information on your book order.
